Describe what a normal day looks like in your role?
Challenging I would say, as every day is different. I always have to make sure we prioritise, getting the most urgent work done first. I have to do this while also making sure the team is happy and there are no issues, and if there are, then we solve them right away – so it can be a bit of balancing act at times. But it’s all these things that make the business runs smoothly.
